
“Meet & greet” is a professional service, which is provided to the owners of commercial real-estates, so that their guests are a part of a friendly and informative welcoming.
Property manager on-duty welcomes the guests at the property at the arranged time, based on the information form, which is filled-in before their arrival.
Prior to the arrival, the property manager checks and takes care, that the property is in a flawless condition, and ready for a comfortable stay. He writes the guests into the guest book and reports them to the local police station, as legally required. He provides them with the basic information about the property, its proper usage and surroundings, hands them the keys and due to agreement with the owner also collects the rent. The manager presents the information book with important information to the guests and a 24/7 mobile number for potential interventions or any other kinds of problems during their stay.
Upon the guests’ departure, the property manager checks if the property is in the same condition as upon arrival, with the help of check in/check out form. He also takes care for a proper departure procedure.
The service is adapting to the type of the commercial property (apartment, house, bed & breakfast, hotel …) and it is being provided accordingly.
