RealTeam is the first family owned & managed company in Slovenia, specialized on the so called letting property management of single-home properties as well as apartment complexes and other commercial properties in Slovenia. A young team, full of energy, is trying to provide its customers and their guests a professional and friendly service at once. All employees are striving to achieve a respectable, kind and trustworthy relationship towards their clients.

Our primary customers were mostly foreign property owners, who decided to invest in real-estate and who wished for their investments to stay maintained and in most cases, also to generate income. This system has enabled them to slowly and safely earn back their investments, and to invest in renovation and to refine their real-estates.

Which services are a part of letting property management?

  • Generally, we start every business relationship with our customers with our foundation service “basic property management”, which enables us to maintain the required control over the real-estates condition and find/get rid of potential faults. >> more

Prices

The preparation of the pricing system for property management services is an individual procedure. The prices depend on the size of the property, on the category and which property management services you decide for. We are able to prepare basic quotes after our first meeting and inspection of the property and compose an individual calculation, acceptable for all the parties.
