The cleaning is being performed before/after the departure of guests or owners. If the property is not being rented out, we provide cleanings according to the level of preferred maintenance, which is arranged with the owner.

In the case of holiday usage of the property, we offer cleaning before the arrival of the owners or/and their guests and prepare the property for a qualitative stay. If required we provide the purchase of missing small material for the kitchen and bathrooms, basic food supplies or other required necessities in accordance to the owners wishes.
